Event log: who did what in the account

Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0

The Event log records the actions in your account: who created, changed, deleted or completed what, and when. It helps you understand what happened in a Case, especially when assistants work with the account.

Who can see it:
The log is visible to the account owner and their Employees. Colleagues and Customers do not see the log. It is available on all plans.

Where to look

On the cabinet Dashboard there is an "Event log" card with the five latest events. Click "Full history" to open the full log: events are shown from newest to oldest, 15 per page.

What is recorded

  • creating, changing, deleting and completing: Cases, Contracts, Court cases, Customers, Issues, Works, Notices of protection, Requests, Assignments, AVRs, Reports and comments;
  • uploading and deleting files;
  • generating and deleting PDFs;
  • accepting the terms of legal documents and changing settings.

How to read an entry

An entry consists of an author, an action and an object, for example "You created Case № 1-07/25" or "Ivanov I. changed Contract № 5". The name of the object and of the Case or Contract linked to it is a link. For changes it shows which fields were changed (values are not saved, so as not to duplicate personal data), and for files — their names.

If the change was made by the system itself (for example, the status of a Case changed automatically), the entry shows "System" instead of the author.

Please note:
Cascading deletions are not recorded: if you delete a Case, the records about the Contracts and Issues inside it will not appear separately in the log.
