The Dashboard: what the cards show
Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0
The cabinet Dashboard is your control panel: it collects what needs your attention today. For an Employee it shows the data of the lawyer's account they work for.
Insurance warning
If 30 days or fewer remain until your insurance contract expires, a warning appears above the cards recommending that you renew the contract (see the article on insurance contracts).
Cards for Cases
- New cases — the number of Cases waiting to be started. Click the card to open their list;
- Cases in progress — the number of Cases in progress and the total of their Contracts (terminated Contracts are not counted). Click the card to open the list;
- Stale cases — Cases in progress with no activity for more than a month: all their Court cases and Issues are completed, and no new records have appeared for a long time. Hover over the card to see the list of Cases with links. This is a reason to close the Case or set a new Issue;
- Court cases — the number of new and in-progress Court cases with a colored scale; click a color to open the list you need.
On a phone the cards scroll horizontally.
Calendar
The calendar shows:
- the appeal deadlines for court acts in your Court cases (calculated when you enter the case result); click a date to see the events of that day, and in the list of events — go to the Court case;
- the holidays and transferred days of the current year.
If the deadline is calculated from the date the act was announced rather than the date it was drawn up in final form, a warning is shown next to the deadline: enter the date drawn up in final form so that the deadline is calculated correctly. You can also estimate the appeal deadline in the free calculator on the website's home page.
The "Issues" card
Shows all unfinished Issues of the account, sorted by priority and then by due date. A row shows the priority, number and title of the Issue, the author and assignee, the due date (with an "overdue…" or "remaining…" mark), the status and the edit menu.
You can narrow the list without reloading the page:
- by priority: All, Critical, High, Medium, Low;
- by due date (on the left, with counts): Expired, Today, Week, Month.
Other blocks
- Collaboration — appears if you have been given access to the Cases or Court cases of other lawyers: the links are grouped by account;
- Event log — the five latest events of the account and the "Full history" link (visible to the owner and Employees);
- Time spent — a chart by day: how many hours you spent on working with documents (from Works in Issues) and on representation (from participation details). The last 90 days are shown by default; the period is changed with the two dates above the chart.
A Colleague sees the Dashboard of their own account and the "Collaboration" block with the Cases available to them. A Customer instead has a single "My cases" page with a list of the Cases, Court cases and open Issues they have been given.
