Generating a report as a PDF

Before you start:
The report uses your data: full name in the genitive case, short name and the name of your bar association branch. Fill in your personal data in the Profile section and your membership on the "Professional information" tab. If something is missing, the system will tell you exactly what to fill in. A license is not required for the report.

Report form:
The document follows the form of the Almaty Regional Bar Association. The form may differ for other bar associations.

How to generate the PDF
- Open the report page;
- In the "PDF file" row, click "Generate".
After changing the period or the Contracts, use the refresh button next to the PDF file to regenerate it.
What the report consists of
- Heading: the name of your branch, the words "Report of the lawyer… on the work done" and the month and year (by the end of the period);
- a) Assignments from citizens — one-time Contracts with individuals from the report: serial number, Contract date, Customer's name, amount and Contract number. At the bottom — the total in figures and in words;
- b) Permanent legal services for organizations — non-one-time Contracts with organizations. It shows all your non-one-time Contracts with organizations, not only those included in the report, so check the list before submitting. The "Total" line is left empty to be filled in by hand;
- c) One-time assignments — one-time Contracts with organizations as a list with amounts;
- Total worked in the month — the number of Contracts in the report and their total amount;
- d) Writs of execution, e) Monthly plan and Appendix — empty lines that are filled in by hand after printing;
- Signatures: "Report prepared by Lawyer…" and a line for the head of the legal consultancy, with the submission date.
A Contract with several Customers is shown as a separate line for each Customer.
The generated PDF is shown on the report page: you can download, print or delete it.

The report PDF is generated in Russian, in the form accepted by the bar association.
