Creating a Customer: step by step

Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.0.0

This guide describes how to create a new Customer in the system. Customer data is used when preparing Contracts, Notices of protection and other documents.

Important:
Before entering a Customer's data, make sure you have obtained their consent to the collection, storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Step 1: Go to creating a Customer

Go to the "Customers" section in your Cabinet and click the "New Customer" button.

Step 2: Choose the Customer type

In the menu that opens, choose the Customer type:

  • Individual;
  • Company.

The set of fields depends on the chosen Customer type.

Step 3: Fill in the Customer data

For an individual:

  • Name — required, in the format Last name, first name, patronymic;
  • Dative name (if needed: for Notices of protection);
  • Phone number;
  • Email;
  • IIN — required, exactly 12 digits;
  • Address;
  • Notes (optional).

For a company:

  • The organization's Company name — required;
  • In the person of: details of the person authorized to sign the Contract (fill in if you plan to generate a Contract);
  • Phone number;
  • Email;
  • BIN — required, exactly 12 digits;
  • Address;
  • Notes (optional).

The data you enter will be used for automatic filling of Contracts, Service acceptance acts and Notices of protection.

Please note:
The IIN (BIN) and phone number must be unique within your account: you can't add a Customer with the same data again.

Step 4: Save the Customer

After filling in the required fields, click the "Create" button (on the form it is named after the Customer type, for example "Create Individual").

The system saves the data and adds the Customer to the general list of Customers, after which the Customer can be chosen when creating Contracts.

Note:
You can change a Customer's data at any time. All changes are used automatically for documents generated afterwards.
