Insurance contracts: records and expiry reminder

Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0

In your profile you can store the details of your insurance contracts (for example, professional liability insurance) so you don't miss their expiry date.

Plans:
Insurance contract records are available on all plans, including "Basic". Insurance contracts are personal: they are tied to your profile and are not visible to other users of the account.

How to add an insurance contract

  1. Open the "Profile" section and go to the "Insurance contracts" tab;
  2. Click the "New contract" button;
  3. Fill in the form and save it.

What to enter:

  • Insurer name (required);
  • Contract number;
  • Premium amount and Coverage amount;
  • Starts on and Ends on (required); the end date must be later than the start date.

The list shows for each contract whether it is currently in force ("Active" or "Inactive"). A contract can be edited or deleted in the action menu of its row.

Expiry reminder

When 30 days or fewer remain until an active contract expires, a warning appears on the cabinet Dashboard: "Your insurance contract with … No. … expires in …" and a recommendation to renew the contract in advance. The warning is shown until the contract is renewed or expires.

To make the reminder go away, renew the active contract: change its end date. If you have drawn up a new contract, the warning for the old one will still be shown until its end date.
