Works: time tracking and the Service acceptance act
Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0
A Work is a record of what you did on an Issue and how much time you spent on it. Works are needed for time tracking and for the Service acceptance act (AVR).
Work tracking is available on the "Extended" and "PRO" plans.
How to add a Work
- Open the Issue and go to the "Works" tab;
- Click the "New job" button;
- Fill in the form and save it.
Form fields:
- Title (required) — what was done, for example "Preparing the statement of claim";
- Started at and Finished at — the date and time the work started and ended; the end can't be earlier than the start;
- Files — the documents you prepared; you can attach several. They count towards your file storage volume.
After a Work is added, the Issue automatically changes to the "In progress" status. A Work can be edited or deleted in the action menu in the list.
How the time spent is calculated
- The time of a Work is the difference between its end and start;
- the time of an Issue is the sum of the time of all its Works and the Works of its subtasks (shown in the Issue list in HH:MM:SS format);
- in the Case card, the total time of all Issues of the Case itself, its Contracts and Court cases is shown in the "Time for documents" field. The time of taking part in hearings is tracked separately ("Time for representation") — see the article on participation details.
Works in the Service acceptance act
When an AVR is generated for a Contract, the act includes the Works of Issues attached to that Contract whose start or finish date falls within the act's period. They are shown as a table by date: the Work title and the names of the attached files. To make the act complete, specify the Contract when creating an Issue and give Works clear titles.
