Active sessions and the activity log
Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0
A session is your sign-in to the system on a specific device. If you signed in from someone else's computer or noticed suspicious activity, end the extra sessions.
Where to look
In the Profile section, in the "Security and sign-in" card, click "Manage" next to "Active sessions". A window with two tabs opens.
The "Active sessions" tab
- for each session the device and location are shown; the current one is marked "current session";
- the "Log out" button next to a session ends exactly that session;
- the "Sign out of all devices" button ends all sessions except the current one.
The "Activity log" tab
Shows the last 30 events of your account: signing in and out, password changes, email requests and confirmations.
Don't confuse them:
The Activity log answers the question "who signed in to your account and when". The Event log on the Dashboard is a different thing: it shows actions with Cases, Contracts and other records of the account.

Changing your password automatically ends all your other sessions.
