Statistics: what the section shows
Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0
The "Statistics" section collects the results of your work: how many Cases, Contracts and Court cases you have and how they turned out.
Statistics is available on the "Extended" and "PRO" plans. It is visible only to the account owner: an Employee, a Colleague and a Customer do not see the section. Only you see your results statistics.
Cards for Cases, Contracts and Court cases
There are three cards at the top of the page. Each shows the total number and a breakdown by status:
- Cases — Created, In progress, Completed, Canceled;
- Contracts — Created, In progress, Completed, Canceled;
- Court cases — by Court case statuses.
Statuses change automatically (for example, when the first Issue or Contract appears) or when you complete a record, so the figures reflect the current state of the registers.
The chart of Court case results
Next to the Court cases card is the "Statistics" chart. It is built from completed Court cases that have a result (Won, Lost, Undefined, The claim was returned). For each result two bars are shown:
- All instances — the results of decisions of all instances in your cases;
- Case outcomes — the outcome in the last instance of each case (chains of first → second → third instance count as one case).
In the list above the chart you can choose a category (civil, criminal, etc.) or leave "All categories". For a case to appear in the chart, enter the result on the Court case page (see the article on case results) and complete it.
The "Income and taxes" chart
Below is a chart of income and taxes by month of the chosen year and the totals for the year. It is built from the saved calculations in the "Taxes" section, so there will be no bars for a month without a calculation. The chart is available on plans with tax calculation; see the "Taxes" Help section for details.
