Taxes: what the system calculates and where to see it
Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0
The "Taxes" section helps you calculate taxes and social payments on your income: the system takes data from Contracts and acts, and you get a monthly table with the amounts payable.
Tax calculation is available on the "Extended" and "PRO" plans. The section is visible only to the account owner: it is not available to an Employee, a Colleague or a Customer.
The system calculates using the rates and indicators entered in it and the data of your Contracts. Before paying, check the amounts with your tax consultant or accountant.
Which payments are calculated
- IPN — individual income tax;
- OPV — mandatory pension contribution;
- OPVR — mandatory pension contribution of the employer;
- OSMS — mandatory social medical insurance;
- SO — social contributions;
- SN — social tax.
The rates, maximum bases and indicators (MCI, minimum wage) are taken from the system as of the calculated month, so for different years the amounts are calculated with different values.
The "Taxes" page
In the left menu, open "Taxes". In the center is a table by month of the chosen year (for the current year — up to the current month). For each month after calculation you can see the income, the declared base of social payments and the amount for each tax. The year is chosen in the list at the top right. On the right are the settings: the income accounting method and the tax exemptions.
More details: the articles "How taxes are calculated" and "Tax exemptions".
Where else taxes are visible
- Statistics — the "Income and taxes" chart by month (from saved calculations; available to the owner on plans with tax calculation);
- Contract — the "Tax paid" mark: for a completed or terminated Contract you can mark in the action menu that the taxes on it have been paid; an icon appears next to the Contract in the register;
- The website's home page — a free tax calculator: enter the monthly income, month and year, and the system shows the amounts. It does not take your exemptions and settings into account, so it is for reference; the exact calculation is in the cabinet.
