Steps
- Open the "Assignments" section;
- Click the "New assignment" button;
- Fill in the form;
- Click the "Create Assignment" button.
What to enter in the form
- Case № (required) — choose a Case from the list. The list contains only Cases that are not yet completed;
- Type (required) — court ruling/decision, investigator's order or bar association assignment;
- Description — the details of the basis document: who issued it and when, the number, etc. This text is put into the SGLA Notice PDF in the "Grounds for entering the case" line, so fill it in carefully;
- Customers — start typing a name and choose the Customers who are being helped. Their names go into the Notice.
What happens automatically
- The Assignment gets a number: one more than the highest number of your Assignments. You can't change it manually;
- if the Case had the "Created" status, it changes to "In progress".
