Service acceptance act (AVR): creating and managing
Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0
A Service acceptance act (AVR) confirms that legal assistance under the Contract has been provided and closes the Contract. An AVR is created inside a Contract, for any period of work.
Plans:
Creating an AVR is available on the "PRO" plan.

How to create an AVR
- Open the Contract page and go to the "AVRs" tab;
- Click the "Add AVR" button;
- Fill in the form and click the save button.
What to enter in the form
All fields are required, some of them are filled in automatically:
- Date — the date of the act (today by default). It appears in the act and is the date from which the parties consider the Contract terminated;
- Amount — the Contract amount is filled in by default. The amount is stored in the system and shown in the AVR list, but it is not printed in the PDF text of the act;
- Start date — the date the Contract was concluded by default;
- End date — today's date by default.
The period determines which Works and court hearings go into the act (see the article on generating an AVR as a PDF for details).
You can create several AVRs for one Contract, for example a separate one for each period.
Editing and deleting
- Edit — in the record menu (three dots) in the AVR list or on the AVR page. If the PDF has already been generated, generate it again after the change: the file itself is not updated automatically;
- Delete — in the same place, after confirmation. Deleting an AVR also deletes its PDF and signing data.
A signed AVR can't be changed:
as soon as an AVR is signed with a digital signature (from the first signature), it can't be edited or deleted, and its PDF can't be regenerated or deleted.

Please note:
Creating an AVR does not change the Contract status — you change the status yourself.
