Generating an AVR as a PDF and signing it with a digital signature
Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0
The system assembles the text of the Service acceptance act from the data of the Contract, the Customer, the Works and the court hearings you took part in.
Plans:
Generating an AVR and signing it with a digital signature are available on the "PRO" plan.

Before you start:
Generation requires your personal data (Profile), membership ("Professional information" tab), for lawyers — license information ("Settings" tab), and the Contract must have a Customer. If something is missing, the system will tell you exactly what to fill in.

How to generate the PDF
- Open the AVR (click the date in the list on the Contract's "AVRs" tab);
- In the "PDF file" row, click "Generate".
The PDF appears on the AVR page; you can download it or regenerate it after changing the data.
What goes into the act
- Header: the Contract number, the city and the date of the act. The city is taken from the Contract template, and if it isn't there — from the address of your organization (bar association, branch, etc.); as a last resort "Almaty" is used;
- Parties: your details (full name, organization, license) and the Customers' details. The names of the parties ("Lawyer", "Principal", "Customer", etc.) are taken from the Contract template;
- Clause 1 — assistance provided. If there are Works on this Contract's Issues for the period, they are shown as a table grouped by date. A Work goes into the act if its start or completion date falls within the AVR period;
- Clause 2 — participation in court hearings. Shows the representation details for the Court cases linked to this Contract through a "Reason", for the act's period, grouped by case;
- Clauses 3 and 4: on the absence of claims and on the termination of the Contract from the date of the act.
Tip:
To make the act complete, keep Issues with Works and record your participation in court hearings for the Court cases linked to the Contract.

Signing the AVR with a digital signature
An AVR is signed the same way as a Contract — through SigEx and the NCALayer application — but both parties sign it:
- Generate the PDF and check it: after the first signature the AVR and its PDF can no longer be changed;
- On the AVR page, in the "Digital signature" block, click "Sign with digital signature" and choose your key in the NCALayer window;
- Click "Send to Client": the Customer receives an email with a link to the signing page (the Customer's email is required);
- When the Customer has signed, click "Check signatures". Once all parties have signed, the document on SigEx becomes private;
- Click "Build document card" and confirm it with your digital signature — the card with the signatures is attached to the AVR.
