Getting started

Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0

This guide shows what to set up after you sign up. The Basic plan is free and active right away, so you can start working at any moment: some of the steps can wait.

Step 1. Confirm your email

When you register, a confirmation email is sent to your address automatically. Open your mailbox and follow the instructions in the email.

Didn't get it? Check your Spam folder or send it again: in Profile, in the "Security and sign-in" card, click "Edit" next to your email, then "Send verification email".

Important:
If your email is not confirmed, you won't be able to reset your password. Confirm it right away, while the email is at hand.

Step 2. Fill in your profile

In Profile, click "Edit profile" and fill in the form with your real details. Required fields:

  • last name and first name;
  • full name in the genitive case — it is used in reports;
  • phone number.

Everything else is optional:

  • patronymic — if you have one;
  • IIN and address — they are mostly needed for contracts and service acceptance acts, so you can add them later, when you get to those documents.
Important:
We never share your personal data with anyone, and it is stored in encrypted form.

Step 3. Add your professional details

On the "Professional information" tab, add your membership: the bar association (or legal consultancy, law office, chamber of consultants) and the date you joined.

Do you need this right away?
On the Basic plan you can start without these details. If you switch to Extended or PRO, they will be needed to generate documents, and the Assistant will remind you what is missing.

Step 4. Check your settings

The "Settings" tab of your profile holds the options worth setting once:

  • System language — Russian, Kazakh or English;
  • Email notifications — turn emails from the system on or off;
  • License information (lawyers only) — license number and issue date;
  • Protection notice numbering (lawyers only) — if you already kept your own numbering, enter the number to continue from and, if you wish, turn on resetting the numbering every year.

Step 5. Protect your account

In the "Security and sign-in" card, next to "Two factor authentication", click "Set up": scan the QR code with an authenticator app (for example, Google Authenticator) and enter the six-digit code. Once it is on, the system shows your recovery codes — keep them somewhere safe: they will let you sign in if your phone is unavailable.

In the same place, the "Manage" button lets you view active sessions, end the extra ones and open the activity log.

What's next

When everything is set up, go to the registers in the left menu. Each of them is described in the neighboring articles of the "Help" section. If something is still unclear, write to support — the link is at the bottom of the page.
