Profile: personal data and tabs
Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0
The "Profile" section stores your personal and professional data. They are filled into documents: Contracts, Notices of protection, AVRs and reports. All personal data in the profile is stored in encrypted form.
How to fill in your personal data
Click "Edit profile" in the left card. In the form:
- Last name and Name (required);
- Middle name — if you have one;
- Full name in the genitive case — for example, "Nurlanova Aidosa Maratovicha"; used in reports ("the lawyer's report…");
- IIN (optional) — needed for Contracts and AVRs;
- Phone number (required, format +7 (7__) ___-__-__);
- Address (optional) — used in Contracts and AVRs.
Why the IIN is needed:
From the IIN the system determines your gender in order to choose the right word endings in documents (Russian "действующий" or "действующая"). Without an IIN the endings will be masculine. In addition, the IIN (date of birth) is used to select tax exemptions automatically (see the Help section "Taxes").

Profile tabs
- Professional information — membership in a bar association or chamber (see the article on membership and license);
- Insurance contracts — records of your insurance contracts and an expiry reminder;
- Public page — your business-card page for Customers;
- Legal documents — the agreements you need to accept;
- Settings — language, emails, Notice numbering, license, Contract templates.
For Employees and Customers the profile has only the "Legal documents" and "Settings" tabs: membership, insurance and the public page relate to the lawyer's practice.

In the left column under the personal card is the "Security and sign-in" card: email, password, two-factor authentication and sessions. See the Help section "Security and sign-in" for details.
