The Customer's cabinet: what a Customer sees and can do
Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0
A Customer invited to your account gets a limited cabinet: they see only their own Cases and what is linked to them.
What a Customer sees
After signing in, the "My cases" page opens: the Cases and Court cases you have given access to, and the open Issues in them. The left menu has only Cases, Contracts and Court Cases.
Inside a Case a Customer sees (with the "Access to child resources" permission granted): Issues, Files, Contracts, Court cases and Comments.
What a Customer can do
- create Issues (the lawyer is assigned as the assignee by default);
- write comments;
- upload files to the Case.
All this depends on the permissions granted: the "Participant" set gives the above, and "View only" — viewing only.
What a Customer does not see and can't do
- Notices of protection, Requests, Assignments, Customers, Reports, AVRs, Statistics, Taxes, the "Account" section and the "Team" tab;
- they can't change or delete Cases, Court cases and Contracts, or create Contracts;
- they don't keep track of Works (the lawyer's working time).
How to open access for a Customer:
Invite them in the "Customer" role, and after they accept the invitation, open their Case and on the "Team" tab click "Add user". Until access is granted, the Customer will not see a single Case.
