The Assistant and the "What's new" page

The Assistant

In the lower right corner of the cabinet is the Assistant — a robot icon. Click it to open the panel:

• hints for the current section — links to Help articles about what you have just opened (Cases, Contracts, Court cases, Notices, Assignments, Requests, Customers, Issue, Taxes, Account, Profile). If there are no hints for the section, the Assistant says so;
• reminders — for example, about an insurance contract that is about to expire; in that case a badge appears on the icon;
• completing the profile setup — if personal data, membership or a license is missing for working on a paid plan, the Assistant shows a warning and a link to the page listing what is missing;
• a link to what's new in the version and a link to all of Help.

You can close the panel with the close button or by clicking the icon again.

The "What's new" page

When new or updated Help articles appear in a new version of the system, the Assistant panel shows a link to the "What's new in the version…" page. The page has two lists: the new articles and the updated articles of that version — with links to them.

Help

All of Help is available both in the cabinet (the "Help" section in the left menu) and without signing in on the website: the articles are grouped by category, there is a search, and at the bottom a link to contact support.
