Protection Notices

Signature stamp, SIGEX card and verification page: what are they?

Updated 10 October 2026 y.

After a Notice of protection is signed with a digital signature, three documents appear in the system that confirm the signature.

Signature stamp

A separate bilingual (Russian and Kazakh) PDF file with information about the signature: who signed (the name from the digital signature certificate), the date and time of signing, a link and a QR code to the verification page. It is enough to confirm the signature in court and before state bodies. The Notice itself is not changed.

PDF card (SIGEX)

An electronic document card produced by the SIGEX service: the Notice itself and the full visualization of the signature, including the signer's IIN. It is stored privately in your cabinet. Show it only when it is really necessary.

Verification page

A public page on pravoved.kz that the QR code from the stamp leads to. Anyone can make sure the document is signed: the page shows only the document name, the signer's name and the date of signing. The IIN and other personal data are not disclosed.

Where the signature is stored:
The electronic signature itself and the cryptographic timestamp are stored in the SIGEX service (sigex.kz). You can verify the signature there too: in the "Digital signature" block on the Notice page there is a "Verify signature on SigEx" link.
