Editing and deleting Notices of protection
Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.0.0
In Pravoved.kz you can edit and delete Notices of protection. All actions are performed from the Notice list or from the page of a specific Notice.
Editing a Notice of protection
To edit a Notice of protection, follow these steps:
- go to the "Protection Notices" section;
- in the list, open the action menu (three dots) of the Notice you need and choose "Edit", or open the Notice and choose "Edit" in the menu on the page;
- make the changes and click the "Save Notice of protection" button.
Important:
The Notice number is formed automatically and can't be changed manually.

What data you can change
- the date of the Notice;
- the Notice type (ordinary or SGLA);
- the basis (a Contract or an Assignment);
- the institution or state body.
Note:
A previously generated PDF file is not updated automatically: after changing the data, generate it again. A Notice signed with a digital signature can't be changed (see the article "How to sign a Notice of protection with a digital signature").

Deleting a Notice of protection
You can delete a Notice if it was created by mistake or is no longer needed. To delete:
- go to the "Protection Notices" section;
- in the list, open the action menu (three dots) or open the Notice itself and choose "Delete";
- confirm the deletion.
Important:
A deleted Notice can't be restored. The Requests linked to it are deleted with it. The numbers of the other Notices are not recalculated: if you delete a Notice from the middle of the register, a gap remains in the numbering, and if you delete the one with the last number, the next new Notice takes its number.

Links to Customers and other records
When a Notice is deleted, the Contract, Assignment, Customer and Case remain in the system unchanged.
Recommendation:
Delete Notices only in exceptional cases, so as not to break the numbering order of the register.
