Generating and printing a Notice of protection

Pravoved.kz can automatically generate a Notice of protection (representation) as a PDF from the data you entered. This saves you from filling in documents by hand and reduces the risk of errors.

How the Notice generation works

When generating, the system automatically fills in the data from linked records, including:

• the data of the Customer and the person to whom assistance is provided;
• information from the Contract or the Assignment;
• the number and date of the Notice;
• information about the institution or state body;
• your profile data.

No additional manual input is needed — all the required information is taken from the system.

Generating a Notice of protection

1. Go to the Notice of protection page;
2. in the "PDF file" row, click the "Generate" button;
3. choose the document language: "In Kazakh", "In Russian" or "In Kazakh and Russian".

The system then generates the Notice file as a PDF and attaches it to the Notice. Different document forms are used for an ordinary Notice and for an SGLA Notice.

Printing and downloading the Notice

The generated file is available for further work:

• you can download the file to your device;
• print the document for signing and delivery;
• delete the file if necessary and generate it again;
• sign it with a digital signature ("PRO" plan).

You can generate it again at any time, for example after changing the Notice data or to get the document in another language.
