Creating a Notice of protection: step by step
Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.0.0
In Pravoved.kz, creating a Notice of protection (representation) is as simple and automated as possible. The system forms the number itself, fills in the Customer's data and lets you save the Notice in the electronic register.
The basis of a Notice is a Contract (for an ordinary Notice) or an Assignment (for an SGLA Notice), so they must be created beforehand. The list of bases shows only Contracts that are not yet completed.
Step 1. Go to creating a Notice
To create a new Notice of protection, go to the "Protection Notices" section and click the "New Protection notice" button.
The Notice of protection creation form opens.
Step 2. Specify the date of the Notice
In the "Date" field, enter the date the Notice of protection was prepared. The current date is filled in by default and can be changed if needed.
Step 3. Choose the Notice type
In the "Type of protection notice" field, choose one of the options:
- Ordinary — used in most cases and chosen by default;
- SGLA — used when providing state-guaranteed legal aid.
Choose the "SGLA" type only when providing state-guaranteed legal aid.
Step 4. Specify the basis
In the "Reason" field, choose the relevant document:
- for an ordinary Notice — the Contract number;
- for an SGLA Notice — the Assignment number.
The basis is chosen from a dropdown list of previously created records.
Step 5. Specify the institution or state body
In the "Institution/government body" field, enter the body to which the Notice of protection will be delivered. The data is entered in free form; try to give the full name of the state body.
Step 6. Save the Notice
After filling in all the required fields, click the "Create Notice of protection" button.
The Notice will be:
- saved in the electronic register of Notices and given a serial number;
- linked to the basis (a Contract or an Assignment) and, through it, to the Customer;
- available for viewing, PDF generation and signing with a digital signature.
