Court cases in Pravoved.kz are a single database of all court (criminal, civil, administrative and other) cases in which you take part.
Using Court cases lets you organize your work, track procedural deadlines and keep statistics of your activity.

The Court case register is available on all plans. Issues, file uploads and statistics are available on the "Extended" and "PRO" plans.

The purpose of Court cases in the system
A Court case in the system does the following:
- stores the basic information about the Court case (case number, state body, stage, category);
- links to the Case, the Contract, the Customer and the Notice of protection (through a "Reason");
- lets you track the time spent on a specific Court case (information about hearings you attended and other procedural actions);
- tracks the work done through the creation of Issues;
- keeps statistics of completed Court cases and your results;
- calculates the deadlines for appealing court acts and shows them in the Calendar on the Dashboard.
All actions and records related to taking part in the proceedings are created within a specific Court case.
The main Court case fields
A Court case contains the following key data:

Case number
Used to search for and identify the Court case. Must be unique within your account. -
Stage
Chosen from a dropdown list: pre-trial investigation, first, second or third instance, other. Used to calculate the deadlines for appealing court acts automatically. -
State body
The state body that is handling the Court case. Used for search and filtering. -
Full name of the presiding judge/investigator
The name of the judge or investigator handling the case. An optional field. -
Category
Chosen from the list: civil, criminal, administrative (APPC), administrative (Administrative Code), other. Used to calculate procedural deadlines automatically and determines the list of procedural statuses in a Reason. -
Case №
The link to the internal Case in the system. Ensures the correct context and document accounting. -
Other participants
Opponents and other participants of the proceedings. -
Related Legal case
Lets you link several Court cases to each other and show their procedural history. -
