Search, filters and sorting in registers

Updated 10 October 2026 y. • v1.3.0

Above the record lists (registers) there are a search and filters. They apply immediately, without clicking a button: start typing or choose a value from the list.

What can be searched and filtered

  • Cases — search by number and description; filters by status and category; sorting;
  • Contracts — search by number; filter by status; sorting;
  • Court cases — search by number; filter by status; sorting;
  • Customers — search by name; filter by type (individual or company); sorting;
  • Notices of protection — search by number and body; filter by type (ordinary or SGLA); sorting;
  • Requests — search by number, recipient and content; filter by status; sorting;
  • Assignments — search by number and description; filter by type; sorting.

You can sort by creation date: from newest to oldest or the other way round. On a phone the filters are hidden behind a funnel icon.

Saved filters

The search, filters and sorting you chose are remembered for the duration of your session. When you return to the register, it opens with them already applied, and a yellow "Saved filters applied" panel appears at the bottom of the screen:

  • the register name in the panel is a link to that register;
  • the cross next to the name resets the filters of that register;
  • the arrow collapses the panel into a round button with the number of active filters.
Please note:
Going through the cards on the Dashboard (for example, "New cases") also sets a filter — so the register may not open in full. If there are fewer records than you expect, look at the saved filters panel and reset them.
