Free calculators on the website

The home page of the Pravoved.kz website has two calculators you can use without registration. Their results are for reference: an exact calculation that takes your data into account is available in the cabinet.

The appeal deadline calculator

Calculates the deadline for appealing a court act. Specify:

• The case category: civil, administrative (APPC) or criminal;
• The instance: first or second (appeal);
• the "The claim was returned or left without consideration" mark, if the act is exactly about that;
• The date the judgment was announced and/or the date drawn up in final form (one of them is enough).

The calculator shows the date the deadline expires and the date it is counted from. If the date the act was drawn up in final form is not specified, the calculation is based on the announcement date, and once the second date appears the deadline may change.

The tax calculator

Enter the monthly income, month and year — the calculator shows the amounts of taxes and social payments and their total. The calculation uses the same rates and indicators as the cabinet, but without your exemptions (retirement age, disability, etc.) and without individual settings, so it is for reference. For an exact calculation by month, use the "Taxes" section in the cabinet (see the Help section "Taxes").
